The plan includes two maintenance visits annually, free diagnostic service on eligible repair calls, 15% off eligible repairs and accessories, 10% off eligible replacements, and priority scheduling subject to availability.
Does the plan include AC deep cleaning?
No. Routine maintenance includes appropriate inspections, checks and routine cleaning. More extensive condenser cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning and other specialized services are priced separately when needed.
Is mini split deep cleaning included in the annual plan?
Mini split routine maintenance and deep cleaning are different services. Intensive cleaning involving additional disassembly, collection bags, specialized equipment and more labor is quoted separately.
How much does mini split deep cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number of indoor units, system condition, access and required labor. We provide an estimate after reviewing the requested work.
Can I cover additional HVAC systems at my home?
Yes. Our published plan lists $149 per additional standard HVAC system at the same address and $50 per additional eligible mini split head. Coverage is confirmed during enrollment.
Are AC Rejuvenation and AC Restore included in maintenance?
No. They are separate repair and restoration packages. AC Rejuvenation starts at $900, and an AC Restore at $1,500, for qualifying systems. A technician will determine whether either package is appropriate.
Does a free diagnostic mean the repair is free?
No. The diagnostic service fee is included for eligible maintenance plan repair calls. Any necessary parts and repair labor are separate, with applicable member discounts where eligible.
Does HVAC maintenance prevent breakdowns?
Regular service can identify developing problems and help maintain proper equipment operation, but it cannot guarantee a system will never fail.
Do you maintain furnaces, heat pumps and mini splits?
Yes. Maximum Comfort services central AC systems, furnaces, heat pumps and supported mini split equipment. The actual maintenance checklist depends on the system.
Can I schedule maintenance without buying an annual plan?
You can contact Maximum Comfort to ask about one-time HVAC maintenance availability. The annual plan is intended for homeowners who prefer ongoing scheduled service and member benefits.
